Important Acknowledgement

Please read and accept these below terms in order to proceed.

By submitting a video you indemnify Pockit Global, PockitTV, PockitTV Partners and Associates against any third party claims. By submitting a video you warrant that (a) you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. PockitTV may reject your video without warning if PockitTV believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 18 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child’s submission to PockitTV you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child’s participation therein. The Copyright of all submitted videos remains with the content provider at all times and PockitTV has no claim on such copyright. The content provider/uploader therefore indemnifies PockitTV, Pockit Global, its Partners and Associates against any copyright infringement claims that may be brought as a result of the content being used on PockitTV.
